When it comes to indie hidden gems, one of the more renowned series out there is the Kingdom series. Everything from the original game to Kingdom Majestic haven’t gotten much attention but deserves plenty. This strategy/resource management series offers a lot in terms of critical thinking and beauty, giving it a certain charm you can’t find anywhere else. Just this past week, the Kingdom series turned five years old, and the developers are excited to celebrate it along with newcomers and veterans of the series.

For those who are already fans, the latest entry Kingdom Two Crowns received the Continue Anywhere update today. This brings an exciting new feature in the form of cross saves, letting you run a kingdom from the comfort of wherever you please. To utilize this new feature, just set up a Kingdom account by launching the game for the first time, and you’ll be prompted to follow some steps. Once the account is set up, log in on whatever device you’re playing on and your progress will be there and ready for you. As for newcomers to the series, the entire lineup of titles is currently discounted by a significant amount. Kingdom: New Lands is a measly few bucks, while Kingdom Two Crowns is around $9.99 depending on your currency. Be sure to check various storefronts for specifics on discounts and offerings. As for PC players though, you can get the first game completely free right now. Just claim the title through Steam, and you’ll have it in your library forever.
