On today of all days, the unofficial Star Wars Day of May the Fourth, there has been some new DLC revealed for the LEGO Skywalker Saga, and with it, a lovely new trailer to parade all these new additions. LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is the latest game in the LEGO Star Wars series, and these new packs are called “The Mandalorian – Season 2” and “Star Wars: The Bad Batch.”
As you can tell by the name of one of the packs, this new DLC for the LEGO Skywalker Saga will feature a variety of characters from season 2 of The Mandalorian, but before we go into any more details, why don’t you check out the trailer below first.
What is included in this new LEGO Skywalker Saga DLC?
As we mentioned earlier, the pack name is a bit of a giveaway, but just to confirm, this new LEGO Skywalker Saga DLC will consist of several characters from the series such as Boba Fett Ahsoka Tano, Bo Katan, Fennec Shand, and Moff Gideon. But that is just one of the packs, The Bad Batch pack will include Hunter, Wrecker, Crosshair, and Echo. These new LEGO Skywalker Saga packs will each cost $2.99 and are available now for those of you who really want them or for those of you that already have the Character Collection DLC.
This game wasn’t short of characters, to begin with, because the LEGO Skywalker Saga already had around 300 characters for players to unlock, so now, with these fresh characters, you’re going to find it hard to keep track of them all. There has and always will be a leak or two when it comes to new DLC, and this was no different, as people tried to get the first scoop out there quickly. However, the number of characters in the Star Wars universe, and the fact that the LEGO games have always had a magnitude of playable characters means the leak wasn’t as shocking as expected.
On this very special day for Star Wars fans, why not get over to your consoles storefront and check out these new DLC packs for yourself, Boba Fett sounds like he would be great fun to control.
