The Way Of The Househusband Part 2 Confirmed

It hasn’t even been a week since the anime “The Way Of The Househusband” dropped on Netflix and fans can’t wait to see more! Well, good news as we just got confirmation that we will be seeing more of the Immortal Tatsu on our screens!

Way Of The Househusband – Plot

This manga-turned anime has one of the best and most creative comedy concepts in recent times. We follow the life of Tatsu, one of the most feared Yakuza members, so feared that he was dubbed “Immortal Tatsu”. But these days the Immortal Tatsu is cutting up onions instead of rival gang members, Yes, the once legendary Yakuza member is retired and is now a househusband.

He is no ordinary househusband! He honors every single task with utmost dedication and respect, he still follows the same lines of code for every household task like he did when he was in the Yakuza.

His skills as a Yakuza member are completely transferred to household duties. Tatsu is an amazing chef, an unbelievable cleaner, a shopping expert, a caring husband, and many other things. How he uses his Yakuza skills and mannerisms to do the simplest of tasks like cleaning the dishes makes for some legendary comedic moments.

It’s not just Tatsu who takes up the limelight, characters like his wife Miku, his underling Masa, Gin his cat, and many other wacky characters make the show a must binge-watch.

The Manga

The Way Of The Househusband anime was released worldwide on Netflix on April 8. But the manga has been around for far longer. Kousoke Oono launched the manga back in 2018. The manga went on to win the Best Humour Publication at Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards, 2020. You can read the manga at Viz.

Part 2

Like we said, just a few days after the manga came out the fans have already started longing for a part 2. A new animation style, a completely new comedic concept, the wacky characters, almost every part of the anime was perfect. There was a special live program that took place for the anime recently. There it was confirmed that there would indeed be a The Ways Of The Househusband part 2.
