Remnant: From the Ashes will be released physically on March 17th by THQ Nordic after its successful Digital launch.
For co-op shooter fans, last year was one of the greatest ones with several quality co-operative-based multiplayer games coming out. From Ubisoft’s The Division 2 and Gearbox’s Borderlands 3 to Crytek’s Hunt: Showdown all the titles have brought solid gunplay with different ideas in mind and various rich worlds. We shouldn’t forget about Gunfire Games‘ Remnant: From the Ashes, by the way. A hardcore drop-in drop-out co-op PvE that invites you to a brutal party with demonic creatures in the post-apocalyptic earth.
Giving access to a wide variety of long-range and melee weapons, Remnant: From the Ashes puts you in the shoes of a survivor who begins to flip over the situation of the world against the demons and takes the war to their side in an otherworldly realm. Of course, you can count on the help of your companions in your adventure to put an end to everything that threatens the life of millions of survivors on planet Earth.
Thanks to Remnant’s solid performance in Digital sales, the game will see a physical launch as well next month. Recently, THQ Nordic officially revealed via a press release that it will handle the game’s physical release and secure its rights from publisher Perfect World Entertainment. It’s expected to see Remnant: From the Ashes hitting retail stores on March 17th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The game will cost $39.99 the same as its digital version.
THQ Nordic has also launched Darksiders 3 in 2018, another game from Gunfire Games that didn’t receive favorable reviews from media. Sometime after that in August 2019, THQ Nordic officially acquired Gunfire Games, and it’s expected to launch the studio’s upcoming titles as of now, both in digital and physical forms.
