Where to Get Purple Yams in Tower of Fantasy
Purple Yams are one of the potato varieties in Tower of Fantasy. And besides being quite hard to find, you also have to progress a lot in the game’s story to get to this material. To get Purple Yams in Tower of Fantasy, you must reach the fifth chapter of the game’s storyline and visit the Warren region. It is a rather harsh and cold region covered in snow in the northeastern part of the map. There are several little locations in this region where Purple Yams grows, and you can see all these locations on the map below.
Besides the fact that it will take you some time to get here, be prepared for Purple Yams to be quite hard to find. Purple Yams are in the ground, and all you can see is a sprout. You will find only 1-2 Purple Yams in each location we have marked. But luckily, they can respawn after a while, so you can just come back here later and collect as many as you want.

How to Use Purple Yams in Tower of Fantasy
Once you get some Purple Yams, you can cook and then eat them. To do this, go to the nearest chef robot and cook Purple Yam Pie with one of the many recipes. Here are the materials you need to prepare this dish:
- Purple Yam x1
- Brown Rice x3
After a few seconds, you will receive a finished work of culinary art, which, when eaten, will reward you with the following effects:
- +20 Satiety
- Volt Damage +2% (20 minutes)
- Volt Damage +150 (20 minutes)
You can also use Purple Yams raw, but the effect will be disproportionately worse. Eating not cooked Purple Yams will only restore 4 Satiety and nothing more.
