Traffic warning for Diablo 4 Beta version issued by Activision Blizzard. Diablo 4 Open Beta is live starting Friday.
On Twitter, Blizzard warned that the Diablo 4 Open Beta is only a test to ensure a smooth launch later in the summer. The company further added that they expect increased traffic and long queue times. Players looking to hope in the beta version should be patient.
Activision’s forecast show that the beta version will see significant players queuing for trying out the game. The developer will stress their servers in anticipation of the upcoming launch.
However, Blizzard is encouraging players to queue as a way to test their systems. They will also work to maintain the queue for a long period intentionally to work on the potential issues.
With the traffic warning for Diablo 4 Beta, Blizzard will often take the game offline to fix some issues if necessary. Gamers who will take part in the beta version are encouraged to give feedback on the game to help with the development process before the official release on June 6.
Diablo 4 Open Beta is Live
Players can now slay demons and raise Hell in the Open Beta. The gameplay also allows players to explore the initial game, traversing through the Prologue and Act 1. You will log in with your friends in a 4 v. 4-player co-op battle. Gamers will progress from the first zone, Fractured Peaks, and move on up to level 25.
Back in 2012, the launch of Diablo 3 was disastrous. Blizzard vowed to avoid such a huge mistake in the future. The company will test all issues during the open beta period to ensure a smooth launch in June.
The intentional queues are part of the process to ensure the smooth launch of the final game.
The Diablo 4 Open Beta test will run from March 24 to 26. You access the beta version freely through the official website.
