The new multiplayer survival game Tribes of Midgard provides players with the ability to tackle the game’s obstacles in a number of playstyles. They do this by having a number of different and varied classes to choose from. There are eight classes in Tribes of Midgard, six of which are unlocked by performing certain tasks in the world. This guide will help you figure out how to unlock all classes in Tribes of Midgard for your use.
How to Unlock Classes in Tribes of Midgard
At the start of the game, Tribes of Midgard offers two classes to choose from: The Ranger and the Warrior. These two characters provide very different approaches to combat while also being very beginner-friendly. Rangers battle from long range while the high defense Warriors prefer to get up close and personal with their opponents. In addition too these two classes, the game also has six more specialized classes to choose from.
The hunter is able to place down traps as well as spawn points for teammates that get defeated in battle. One of the more simple unlocks, Hunter can be selected after activating all of the world’s shrines.
The class that is at its best when not fighting, the Warden has the ability to trade souls, fast travel to villages, and is better at crafting than their fellow classes. You unlock the Warden by simply surviving 15 days in a world. Just don’t die.
The healer of the team, Seers can do what you usually expect healers do in these types of games. They can revive teammates as well as heal them in combat. Like the hunter, they also have the added ability to set traps to ensnare enemies. To unlock the Seer, a player must exit 10 worlds by using the Bifrost.
A heavy tank class that places you in the midst of battle, this class is given a shield and a very large amount of health. Kill three Jotnars around the world to unlock this class.
Another tank class that knows how to take a punch, the Sentinel is a bit difficult to unlock. They prove their worth, however, as they can absorb a lot of damage and even regenerate health while in battle. To unlock this class, you must block 25 incoming attacks within 10 seconds.
The Berserker is one of the harder classes to unlock but has some of the strongest abilities in combat. They are able to stun enemies, and coupled with their invulnerability can produce huge damage output. The character is unlocked by killing 20 enemies in a row within 10 seconds.
Follow all of these steps and you will unlock all the classes in Tribes of Midgard.
Tribes of Midgard is now available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC.
