Tucker Carlson First Twitter Video After Exit from Fox News
About 48 hours after Tucker Carlson’s Fox News departure, the former host shared a Twitter recording. Despite not being at work, Carlson dressed up in his signature suit and tie. He positioned a camera up close before addressing his audience.
The seasoned host expressed his recent discovery. He admitted that stepping outside the noise has given him a renewed view of the world. Carlson explained that he realized that there are many “genuinely nice people.” Meanwhile, his little time off the air has proven how “unbelievably stupid” some discussions on TV are. In his words:
“They’re completely irrelevant. They mean nothing. In five years, we won’t even remember we had them. Trust me as someone who has participated in them.”
Carlson maintained that relevant issues such as science, and civil liberty that affect the world are not debated enough. He blamed the American media for being one-sided. In wrapping up his newfound revelations, Carlson told his audience that the truth will always prevail. He ended with:
“As long as you can hear the words, there is hope. See you soon.”
Fans were pleased to hear Carlson break his silence. Though he refused to address his exit or Fox News, his Twitter army shamed the network. Many commenters rang in with support for the journalist. One person revealed that his video amassed more views than Fox News after his departure.
