Ubisoft has severe problems with its upcoming online game Skull and Bones. The game was teased years ago, and we had been expecting it to release in 2019 or 2020. But Ubisoft wasn’t satisfied with their final product, so they decided to make a fresh start. They successfully finished another product entirely different from the first production, but this time, they’re having problems with timing. As we guess, the team is still working to clear the game from the bugs and other unwanted stuff. As a result, Ubisoft delayed Skull and Bones again, but here’s the new release date and the overview trailer shot on the PC platform.
Ubisoft Gives a New Release Date For Skull and Bones Game
Skull and Bones is similar to Sea of Thieves, which is one of the most popular online games. It’s great to be back to the pirates, and Ubisoft is experienced in this kind. Their Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag is an excellent example of their experience with seas. The studio says the game will be released on March 9, 2023. This is a delay that cannot be underestimated; our expectations are getting higher with the far release date.
Ubisoft’s gameplay trailer shows a lot of details from the game. But the final release might bring a few major changes; this wouldn’t be surprising. The expectations were already high for the game, and the new delay made it even more. Ubisoft is currently working on a new Assassin’s Creed title, and they’re also working on the franchise’s online. The studio is working hard, but the part of the team that makes Skull and Bones still force themselves to meet the deadlines.
