Turning a room into an Alchemy Room in V Rising gives you a few bonuses tied to Alchemy-related refinement structures. This includes things like lower prices and faster time to complete things, so it is very useful, especially for something as crucial to the game as Alchemy. The problem that many players face is that they can’t figure out how to turn a room into an Alchemy Room, which makes sense given the process you need to go through to get it. This guide will show players how to create an Alchemy Room in V Rising.
How To Create An Alchemy Room In V Rising
In order to make a room into an Alchemy Room, players will need to turn one of the rooms of their castle into an Alchemy Laboratory. To do this, players must get their hands on the blueprint for the Alchemy Lab Flooring. Getting this blueprint can be a bit of a hassle as it can only be gotten as a random reward given to you when you use a Research Table or Research Desk. To get the Research Table/Desk blueprint, you will need to defeat Nicholaus, the Fallen, one of the game’s V Blood Carrier Bosses. Just like every other Blood Boss in the game, you will need to build a Blood Altar, a structure you use to track and find V Blood Carrier bosses, to take her down. The Blood Altar blueprint is rewarded to you upon completing the “Getting Ready For The Hunt” Quest and can be built using 180 Stone and 10 Blood Essence. To track Nicholaus, you will need to get your gear to level 37. You will find Nicholaus in the Forgotten Cemetery in the Farbane Woods region. Hunting down the boss and killing him will put the Alchemy Room within reach.

Once you have beat Nicholaus, you will unlock the Research structures for your castle, which includes the Research Table, bringing you one step closer to the Alchemy Room. You can craft it with 40 Papers, 40 Plank, 8 Copper Ingots, and 8 Grave Dust, while the Desk requires 8 Planks, 120 Animal Hide, and 80 Stone. You can interact with the structures you need to give the Table 50 Papers or the Desk 75 Scrolls to discover a random new technology, one of which is the Alchemy Lab Flooring. Once you have the flooring, create a new room that requires 4 Blood Essence, 2 Stone Brick, and 2 Sulphur to build.
