With an endless onslaught of nightly monsters, Vampire Survivors shows how vital it is to follow an evolution guide to level up your weapons. There’s no hiding in this casual action gothic horror game, so if you want to survive, you need to be ready. Vampire Survivors is just the right thing you need if you’ve gone through your share of free-to-play horror games or are still awaiting other Castlevania games.
If you’ve just gotten into the game, check out our weapon evolution guide so you can learn exactly what weapons can be evolved in Vampire Survivors and how.
Weapon Evolution Guide in Vampire Survivors
Out of the 24 weapons, there are currently 8 different weapon evolutions you can follow in Vampire Survivors. Don’t try to strain yourself, evolving all of them simultaneously. Just focus on a couple and tackle their evolution one at a time, and you’ll get what you need to survive through the hordes.
The 8 weapons you can evolve are listed as followed: axe, cross, fire wand, garlic, king bible, knife, magic wand, and whip.
Before you level up any of these weapons via their evolution guide in Vampire Survivors, there are requirements to meet. First, the weapon must be at level 8 or higher. Secondly, you must have that weapon’s corresponding power-up. Lastly, you need to collect a chest that spawns from a rare enemy after the counter gets to 10:00.
Once the first two are true, when you open that chest, your weapon should evolve automatically.
