According to the Season Pass page and in-game loading screen, the Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 Battle Pass expires on December 3. That means, Fortnite Chapter 4 is anticipated to launch soon after and should debut on December 4, 2022. Fortnite rollouts have been taking place for over a year on Sundays, so the timing should match up. When You Can Play the Fracture Event in Fortnite

Fortnite leaker @HYPEX wrote that five huge updates will be added to Fortnite Chapter 4 — or at least throughout Season 1. They are:

New Cosmetic type, currently only known as “Apparel” from the file’s codename.
You can now ride flying animals.
Talking about rides, motorcycles.
The long-awaited first-person mode.
And lastly, engine update: Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN), also referred to as Creative 2.0.

I listed Creative 2.0 because, unfortunately, Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney himself has confirmed that despite the team having been working hard on it, the UEFN launch is being delayed to late January 2023. Well-known data miner Fortnite Central also found that a unique 23.00.UEFN version has been added to the Staging Server.
