The final episode of The Late Late Show with James Corden is airing on Thursday, April 27, on CBS. It was announced last Monday on the show’s official Twitter page that Corden’s final guests would be Harry Styles and Will Farrell:

Corden’s departure will also mark the ultimate end of the show itself, meaning the show will not be brought back with a new host. CBS’s revival of @midnight will replace it.
Why is James Corden Ending ‘The Late Late Show’
Corden says that he is leaving the show for the sake of his family. “We really want our children to experience life in London,” he told Mankiewicz. “We’re blown away that they’ve even had the experience of living in another country. It’s how much you look at your professional life and your career and your personal life and your growth as a family. That’s what it is.”
Corden told Drew Barrymore, “I will be a mess on that last show. I will cry my eyes out. But I will know in my core that the best thing for me and the best thing for us as a family is to put down some roots in London. And it feels absolutely right.”
