There is no official announcement yet. But the Third Person Mode will return in Warzone 2! However, neither Infinity Ward nor Raven Software issued any official report about why this mode was removed.
However, we might see the Third Person Mode back in the game at the end of this year or the beginning of 2023. Also, when the mode is added back, it may come with new features, such as more in-depth customization options and better controls.
