- Once you reach World Tier 3 level, you will unlock the Helltide Events. Helltide events are special occurrences that take place across the game world in Diablo 4.
- During these events, Sanctuary will change its landscape. You won’t be able to miss the blood-red skies and hordes of hell-spawns that are much stronger than usual.
- Within the altered Sanctuary, keep an eye out for Fiend Roses. These are distinctive red roses with thorns and a glowing purple aura. They appear in abundance during Helltide events as they sprout from the regular plants growing across Sanctuary lands. Furthermore, if you are lucky enough, Fiend Roses can be found in Silent Chests.
