The question of the day is, why did RHONJ Jennifer Aydin throw a drink at Joe Gorga during BravoCon? As you may know, BravoCon was the recent convention celebrating all things Real Housewives. But that also means the convention was not without its drama. What most people saw was Aydin throw a plastic cup at Gorga, and security scooped in to prevent it from escalating. It left many in shock, but up until now, we had no context. Furthermore, her assistant Erica Madelyn has stepped up to explain the situation more deeply.
Erica took to TikTok to give a better explanation of the events and what caused them. It’s all drama based around who is and isn’t going to Teresa Giudice’s wedding. Also, can we just say, why does stuff like this surprise people? You get all those opinionated people in the same place at the same time, and drama is bound to ensue.
Why Did RHONJ Jennifer Aydin Toss a Drink at Joe?
“When Jennifer and Erica walked into the hotel lobby, they noticed Joe and his wife, Melissa Gorga, were there. Jennifer looked away and went straight to the elevator. Erica claimed Jennifer avoided any interaction with the couple. However, she also claimed that while waiting for the elevator, Melissa called Jennifer a “loser, f***ing loser wannabe.” Jennifer responded by telling Melissa to shut up. Then Joe allegedly screamed back at Jennifer, telling her, “Shut up, you f***ing dirty b****.” A man also put his arm out to prevent Joe from getting closer to Jennifer. Erica said Jennifer felt threatened enough to throw her drink at Joe. Jennifer also screamed at him as she threw her plastic cup, calling him a loser, among other expletives. Before the video ended, Jennifer was heard screaming, “Stay away! You call me trashy and low class? She started [it]!”
So yes, we saw RHONJ Jennifer Aydin throw a drink at Joe Gorga. But as with all things Real Housewives related, there’s clearly more to the story than first meets the eye. The dynamic between a lot of these people is quite toxic, but my God, it’s entertaining. It also makes us appreciate our boring lives that much more.
