Today, we have some great news for those who are enjoying WoW’s latest expansion. An official roadmap has been revealed for World of Warcraft Dragonflight that shows its plans for 2023. This is a very welcome announcement given how updates were treated in the past. While some people were able to data-mine some things, it is nice to have an official roadmap for the plans ahead. The roadmap looks like it’ll kick off this season with much more content coming after that. While Activision Blizzard was known as a company with little to no touch or communication toward its players, they’ve changed. This is something that has both new and old fans hopeful and excited.
The 2023 Roadmap of World of Warcraft Dragonflight Shows the 2 upcoming Seasons in the next year
While the game is already loved by many, any MMO needs constant content to keep people engaged. While some developers like Final Fantasy 14’s one tell people it is fine to take breaks, some others try to keep people playing for as long as possible. The 2023 roadmap for World of Warcraft Dragonflight makes us think the developers want their players back in the game.

The roadmap showcases many things that are coming starting this season. These are the most noteworthy ones:
- White & Gray Quality Items able for Transmog – Coming this season
- Human & Orc Heritage Armors – Coming in Spring
- Season 2 will arrive somewhere between Spring and Summer
- Season 3 arriving somewhere after the Fall of 2023
Of course, these plans could change as many other video game companies tend to delay their plans. We already saw what happened with Hogwarts Legacy, although, the game is looking great so far. On the other hand, games like Skull & Bones are further away on the horizon and the excitement is dying down. Still, we believe showing the 2023 roadmap for World of Warcraft Dragonflight is a smart move and we can’t wait to experience more features of this expansion.
