At their Xbox Conference, Microsoft unveiled an upgrade to their already impressive Game Pass service. For a monthly price of $15, those who opt in will add over 100 games to play from their library. Unlike the original Game Pass, the Game Pass Ultimate also covers PC gaming.
Bundled with the Game Pass, Xbox Live Gold, and the new PC Game Pass, there’s a lot on offer here. Titled Xbox Game Pass for PC, hit PC titles like Metro Exodus, Football Manager 2019 and Rise of the Tomb Raider are all included. The Ultimate Game Pass also includes all of Microsoft’s upcoming new releases such as Gears of War 5 and the upcoming Halo: The Master Chief Collection port to PC.
At $180 a year, the Game Pass Ultimate isn’t cheap but you can try it out for just $1 during your first month. Considering the huge range of games across multiple platforms and the inclusion of Xbox Live Gold, it seems well worth checking out.
