Carrie Underwood only needs “five minutes” of your time, and she’s promising that it can make a huge difference. The country singer, 40, has pinned a stretching photo of herself to the top of her Fit52 workout app’s Instagram feed, offering fans another reminder of her gym-honed figure and extending a solution for anyone looking to get in shape while time-strapped.
Glowing as she highlighted her rippling muscles in a skimpy pair of gym shorts, Carrie made sure to go brand ambassador for the app she founded in 2020. Fans in the comments seemed grateful for the heads-up as the American Idol winner continues to solidify her status as a celebrity fitness queen.

Smiling and looking confident as she gazed to the side while on a yoga mat, Carrie reached her arms down to touch her toes as she showcased her world-famous legs in white gym shorts.
Rocking a sleeveless pink tank top that flattered her defined biceps and sculpted shoulders, the “Cry Pretty” hitmaker sported her blonde locks in a ponytail, sending out a trendy vibe in crisp white sneakers and looking eager as she flashed her pearly whites.
Only Takes ‘Five Minutes’
In a caption, Fit52 reminded fans that not all workouts require plenty of time. Clearly targeting those who’d rather sweat it out in under 15 minutes, the brand wrote:
“Have five minutes?! That’s all it takes to fit in this workout! With our Daily 5 sessions, you can squeeze in five moves in five minutes, whenever it works for you. Choose from something low impact, or go with a higher-impact option and break a sweat,” adding: “No matter how packed your schedule is, we’re helping you commit to regular movement!”
The comments are showing happy customers. Sending love, one fan replied: “I looove that there are 5 min workouts. Sometimes that’s all I can squeeze in, in a day!” Carrie has, herself, admitted that she gets in gym time when she can as she continues to juggle her high-profile career with her marriage to husband Mike Fisher, plus mothering sons Jacob and Isaiah.
Carrie was already well-established in the fitness space as her app launched in 2020. Five years prior, the singer dropped her CALIA athleisurewear line, one she often models in promos for Fit52.
Fit52 is followed by over 150,000 on Instagram. Carrie founded the app with trainer Eve Overland.
