Kelly Ripa likely had fan jaws dropping as she updated her Instagram Stories in workout mode today. The talk show host, 52, continues to turn heads with her ultra-toned, youthful physique, one that definitely got showcased as she posted from the Anna Kaiser Studios on Tuesday.
Showing off her tiny waist and toned limbs in a tight spandex look, Kelly also reminded Instagram of her youthful face as she posed in celebratory mode with SnapBack Energy founder Tess Elizabeth. Kelly made sure to tag personal trainer Anna Kaiser in her share. Earlier this year, Anna made headlines for revealing that Live! host Kelly’s body fat is 14%.
Kelly Ripa Glows In Workout Mode On Instagram
Throwing one arm up as she twinned with Liz who also raised an arm, Kelly sent out happy vibes as she posed from a wooden dance studio. The balletically-trained star, who recently had fans thinking she’s too skinny, flaunted her shredded arms and toned shoulders in a sleeveless, slightly cropped black top, adding in skintight black leggings to match.
Flashing hints of her six-pack abs as the arm lift raised her shirt a little, Kelly wore zero makeup as she scraped her blonde locks back. She also flashed a massive smile as she glowed in front of the camera.
Fan Thinks She Has 8% Body Fat

The post comes not too long after a post from Anna caused drama as a fan assumed that Kelly’s body fat was only 8%. Anna, who also trains singer Shakira, swooped in to clarify that her client is closer to 14%. In general, it’s recommended for women to have between 14% and 22.5%, which puts Kelly at the very bottom of the normal range.
Kelly is known for her regular workouts and healthy lifestyle, something that likely contributes to her looking so young.
Trainer Anna has shared that Kelly mostly works out “six days a week,” adding: “Even when she travels, she’ll do the workouts virtually if she needs to. Everyone knows that is her hour, morning or evening, she gets 45 minutes in and that is her time.” Of how she trains the former All My Children star, Kaiser continued: “The focus of the workout is strength and then I add elements of cardio, dance and power to elevate and make the strength training more effective.”
Also regularly making headlines for looking shredded is Kelly’s husband, Mark Consuelos. The couple has even jokingly delivered couples yoga on Live!
