Amy Slaton is engaged to her boyfriend Brian Lovvorn, but her big moment is raising eyebrows. With the proposal happening at a haunted house and the relationship only being five months old, the engagement has fans asking questions. The big moment was captured on Tuesday’s episode of 1000-LB Sisters. As seen in the clip, Amy, alongside her sisters, Tammy and Misty Slaton, waltzed through Henderson Haunt’s Haunted House when Lovvorn got on one knee.

“Amy, I know we both said we’d never do this again. But my love for you is insane. Will you marry me?”  the happy boyfriend announced.  Although the question left her sisters in shock, Amy happily replied, “You know I will.”

The TLC star gushed about her unique ring, which featured two skull fingers forming a heart shape. Despite being married in the past, the 37-year-old admitted that it was her “best proposal yet.” Her man replied, “I hoped it would be, and this would be your last proposal.”

Following her engagement, the 1000-LB Sisters star disclosed she is certain that rushing down the aisle with her lover is the right choice. She confessed that although the engagement just went public, Lovvorn initially popped the question two weeks into their relationship. At that time, she agreed and requested that the real proposal be at a haunted house. Gushing about the engagement in an interview with People Magazine, Amy said:

“I’ll be able to call him my husband and get to spend the rest of my life with him. Our engagement life may be short, but our marriage will last an eternity! He promised me 55 years; he’ll be 106 when he dies!”

While the news was a joy for Amy Slaton, fans were concerned about the engagement and took to airing their fears. One fan wrote, “The proposal was the most terrifying thing in that haunted house.”

Another fan added, “This is such a red flag omg.”

This netizen asked, “Is this a rebound? Did you finish healing yet?” Another netizen suggested that the engagement was in Lovvorn’s interest. “Best wishes, but is he looking for his 5 minutes of fame?

A fourth person replied, “He wants to be on TV so bad! Amy better hold off for a while because she was hurt by her last relationship, smh.”

This is not the first time Slaton’s relationship with Lovvorn has raised concerns. In September last year, her love affair drew concerns after she was arrested and charged with drug possession and child endangerment.

Per our report, sources close to the reality star said that it was unusual for her to get involved with drugs and claimed Lovvorn was influencing her. The insider hinted that the relationship was suspicious, saying, “It does look very dark and deadly.”
