If you want to really feel like Roronoa in Roblox Blox Fruits, then without a doubt you need to find yourself a sword. They’re quite effective too, being both a powerful and popular option for combat other than Devil Fruit, guns, and fighting styles. Swords are awesome in PVE and especially useful in PVP; in fact, swords like the Cursed Dual Katana can fill both niches. Naturally, you shouldn’t be swinging an old sword, but the best swords in Blox Fruits.
Dark Blade
[Updated on May 6, 2024 – Replaced outdated entries and information]
The Dark Blade being one of the best swords in Blox Fruits isn’t much of a debate. It isn’t obtained through normal means, but by purchasing it for 1200 Robux, being gifted it by a generous player or through trading. Since it’s sold rather than obtained naturally, that should set the stage for just how powerful the Dark Blade actually is.
What we’re dealing with is an overloaded kit, despite the Dark Blade only having two abilities: One Thousand Slices and Dark Air Slash. The former is a high-damage stun with good range and can break Instinct, while the latter is a fast, high-damage attack with an even longer range and can be held to increase its damage.
More importantly, the Dark Blade can be mastered by pretty much anyone. It’s incredibly easy to use and suits both PVE and PVP.
Spikey Trident
How to respond to players that use ranged fruits and just zone you to death in PVP? Well, you pull them closer with the Spikey Trident. One moment they’re zipping around the field and the next they’re suddenly being pulled by a well-aimed Flying Trident Pull.
Now, admittedly, it takes a lot of skill to use, but it’s totally worth the effort, especially if you’re also a Fruit user. Once you catch your opponent, they’re locked into place and have very few options other than being pummeled by your combos.
To obtain the Spikey Trident in Blox Fruits, you need to either kill the Cake Prince or Dough King until one of them drops it.
Saber V2
Despite being replaced shortly after you get to the Second Sea and half a dozen other swords probably deserve this spot, the Saber is getting it anyway. It is the de facto sword you’ll use in Blox Fruits for most of the First Sea because it’s obviously powerful, relatively easy to get, and you can obtain it as soon as level 200. Saber V2 is also really easy to upgrade from V1 to Saber V2.
Getting the Saber is tedious, since you’ll be running all over the First Sea trying to complete the Saber Expert Puzzle without dying, but it’s a simple puzzle otherwise. You’ll then have to defeat the Saber Expert and that’s it! Unlike, say, the Pole V1, the Saber has a 100% drop chance.
Pole V2
Speaking of Pole, yet another of the best swords in Blox Fruits is its upgraded version, the Pole V2. Honestly, it should be renamed the Stun Baton because in the right hands, you can stun your target into oblivion. Every one of its moves—Hand of God and Electric Prison—stun your target, making it extremely good in PVP and PVE content, like bosses, including the Sea Beast. Being one of the few electric weapons that can hurt Rubber users is also a big plus.
Unfortunately, upgrading to Pole V2 is a long and arduous task. You need to get Rumble Fruit, unlock and awaken it, complete five Rumble Raids, then a sixth one using the fruit itself. And that’s if you’re lucky enough to even get Pole V1 from the Thunder God.
Cursed Dual Katana
If I was ranking Blox Fruits swords, Cursed Dual Katana would definitely be a contender for the number one spot. Its damage is incredibly high (even against Dragon and Buddha users) and both of its attacks are useful in PVP and PVE. The best part is that it’s still powerful even if you aren’t a sword main, making it really easy to fit in any build.
Additionally, getting the Cursed Dual Katana and unlocking its full potential reads like a shopping list, which means it acts as a filter. Your average player won’t have CDK, but if you do, they won’t have much of an answer for it.
