Persona 3 Reload, like all the other games in the JRPG series, has Personas that range from small starters to literal biblical figures. Obviously, players who get really into the game will be excited about reaching the point where they can begin to fuse these strongest Personas, but it’s definitely not easy, and the fusions can get a little complicated. With that in mind, these are the strongest Personas in Persona 3 Reload and the methods for fusing them.
5. Metatron
Metatron is the fifth strongest Persona fusion with a level requirement of 87. This definitely winds up feeling like the weakest Persona on this list since it is the only one with two weaknesses. Still, Metatron is far from useless with an arsenal of powerful attacks and multiple block/drain elements to counteract its two weaknesses.
Metatron, like most other Personas on this list, can only be created through a special fusion. This special fusion requires Uriel, Raphael, Michael, and Gabriel, as well as the Aeon social link to be rank 10.
4. Helel
As the fourth strongest Persona on this list with a level requirement of 88, it’s fitting that Helel is also the last Persona here with any weaknesses at all. This Persona only has a weakness to ice damage while draining both light and dark damage and having resistances to all forms of physical damage.
Helel is actually the only Persona on this list that doesn’t require a special fusion to create. Helel can be created through more than a dozen regular fusions, but some of the easiest are Loki and Alilat, Arahabaki and Asura, Susano-o and Mother Harlot, Futsunushi and Satan, along with Beelzebub and Ananta.
3. Lucifer
Lucifer is the 3rd strongest Persona on this list with a level requirement of 89 and is the first without a single weakness, making this Persona incredibly hard to take down, even when it has a lower base Endurance stat than Metatron. Giving Lucifer another edge over even the higher Personas on this list is the fact that it drains both Fire and Electric damage, whereas the higher Personas here only have resistances and blocks.
Lucifer can only be made through a special fusion combining Samael, Abaddon, Beelzebub, Satan, and Helel. The player must also complete a request from Elizabeth as a prerequisite for Lucifer’s fusion.
2. Messiah
Messiah is the second strongest Persona on this list, although it technically ties for first by having the same level requirement alongside Orpheus Telos of 91. The reason it winds up in second place is because this Persona is actually required to fuse Orpheus Telos, making it seem like that Persona is the ultimate one currently present in the game. Messiah isn’t anything to scoff at, though, with resistances and blocks for every kind of damage present in the game.
Messiah can only be made through a special fusion combining Orpheus with Thanatos while the player’s Judgement social link is at least rank 10.
1. Orpheus Telos
Orpheus Telos is the strongest Persona in the game with an incredibly demanding fusion requirement, the amazing Victory Cry passive skill that fully restores the player’s HP and SP after every battle, and resistances to every type of damage in the game. The fact that it doesn’t block or drain any damage types like Messiah and Lucifer almost makes this feel like a downgrade in some ways, but this is still a fierce Persona that players can have more as a badge of honor than anything. Plus, any players that get Orpheus Telos now will be able to use the Persona to sweep through the battles in the upcoming Persona 3 Reload DLC.
Orpheus Telos can only be made via a special fusion combining Thanatos, Asura, Chi You, Metatron, Helel, and Messiah while the player has all social links at max rank.
