While not all of the couple expectedly had their ever-after at the end of season 7 of 90 Day Fiancé, things seemed particularly rough for Big Ed Brown as he clashed with the other cast members during the tell-all episodes, right after losing his fiancé an 11th time.
By the end of the reunion, the reality star had tons to ponder on, especially his flawed view of women generally and his ill-treatment of his now-ex fiancé Elizabeth “Liz” Woods, which viewers deemed toxic throughout the season.
Big Ed Riled Up Jenny And Others During 90 Day Fiancé Tell-All Episode
Season 7 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? concluded with four tell-all episodes, each seemingly highlighting just how toxic Big Ed could become. Viewers and cast members alike did not fail to notice his open criticism of not only his ex but also other women, with constant interruptions and mostly-derogatory opinions. However, the cast members finally got their fill of his antics on Sunday night’s reunion episode.
Things escalated when Big called Jovi Dufren a “crybaby,” forcing the usually calm Jenny Slatten to flare up. Confronting the viral TV personality, she said:
“Why don’t you be quiet? I’ve had enough of this guy. He insults everybody. You have insulted everybody. Every cast member up here. What the hell is so perfect about you?”
Even as she spoke, an unrepentant Big Ed continued to interrupt his 90 Day Fiancé cast member, reminding her that her turn to speak at the tell-all had already passed. An irritated Jenny interjected, making it clear to him that her turn to speak was whenever she chose to and not when he told her to. She let him be after saying her piece, but not without asking him to kiss her ass. The other women praised Jenny for speaking out, with Yara Zaya and Kim Menzies chiming in a little mockery during the drive home.
Jovi Defended Jenny And His Wife
Big Ed Brown’s unruly behavior at the 90 Day Fiancé tell-all did not skip the attention of the men. At some point, Yara’s husband, Jovi Dufren, decided to throw in some advice to the controversial reality star about his treatment of women. He cited instances of his confrontation with Yara before letting him know the outcome of talking to other people’s women” may have been more gruesome had it happened off-the-screen. He added:
“If a woman goes after you, you do not handle the situation that way. You can fire back, but you don’t need to get aggressive and you don’t need to scream at a woman — including my wife. Including Jenny.”
Despite Big’s insistence that Jenny disrespected him, Jovi maintained his stance that the interior designer had no reason to talk to a woman the way he did, especially not his fiancé. Viewers witnessed the brazen treatment Liz Woods received from Ed throughout their relationship, culminating in 11 breakups and Liz finally deciding to fly back to San Diego, bidding farewell to him for good at the last tell-all. Notwithstanding, the two seem to have reconnected recently, evident in their respective social media posts.
While it is unclear if Big Ed learned from his encounters at the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After tell-all or took Jovi’s advice, the exact state of his relationship with Liz right now remains unknown.
