The demo for Catherine: Full Body is now available on the PlayStation store, ATLUS announced on Wednesday.
The Sony exclusive puzzle game, which is already available in Japan since February, will land in the west on September 3rd, but players in Europe and the US can now have a taste of it.
Together with the demo announcement, ATLUS posted on YouTube a new “Decision Trailer”, which you can see down below.
Catherine: Full Body is an enhanced version of the 2011 Catherine video game. It takes the name from full-bodied wine, in the sense that will include more content than the original version.
Major changes from the first game will include a third love interest named Rin, extra secondary characters and a lot of new cutscenes and story paths. ATLUS also announced the EU version of the game will improve its localization to remove transphobic elements related to Erica Anderson.
Upon its launch in September, the game will have a basic Launch Edition, priced at $59.99, containing a collectible metal case featuring the three female protagonists of the game. There is also a $79.99 Full Body ‘Heart’s Desire’ Premium Edition.
The latter will come in in a Collector’s Box in the shape of the looming tower from Vincent’s nightmares, plus a Sheep Plush, a Soundtrack CD, and a Hardcover Artbook.
Pre-orders for the physical version of the games are now available on several websites. You can check the full list on the game’s official website here, or pre-order a digital copy featuring an exclusive static theme on the PlayStation Store.
Also, if you’re in Los Angeles next month, you should check out the ATLUS Art Exhibit 2019, featuring artworks from Persona 5 Royal & Catherine: Full Body Nucleus. The exhibit will run from August 17 – September 1, 2019, and will showcase various art pieces by Shigenori Soejima and the ATLUS Art Unit.
