If you aren’t already aware, Australia is combating many fires this season, this being the worst fire season on record. Due to these fires, the country has lost 26 million acres, over 2200 homes, and over a billion animals. It’s devastating, and we send our regards to those affected by this. Many people around the world have been sending support to the country, and today Humble joins that crowd. They have created a Humble Bundle specifically designed to help Australia and those affected, allowing you to get in on the relief effort and snag some games.

Humble Bundle

This bundle is known as the Humble Australia Fire Relief Bundle and offers over $400 worth of games for just $25. 100% of the proceeds of this bundle will go to help save the remaining wildlife and animals in Australia. There are titles like Metroidvania game Hollow Knight, which is highly praised among many critics (our review here). There’s also Void Bastards, a first-person shooter with an interesting strategy twist. If neither of those interest you, you might be a fan of Armello. It’s a strategy RPG board game with a bunch of different animals and stands out from the crowd. There are many other games we didn’t even mention here but are worth checking out.

There’s a lot to enjoy with this bundle, and we at The Nerd Stash recommend it. If you want to see the rest of the games or want to snag the bundle, you can learn more about that here. The bundle is available from today up until Thursday, January 23rd so make sure to act fast. If you don’t know how Humble Bundle works, they offer subscriptions based on a myriad of things. You can get material to learn different things, books to read, or games to play. Every bundle donates a significant portion to charity (or in this case, 100%), so it’s a good way to give back and get some games. You can check out more about the other bundles through the link above, or find this month’s Humble Choice through here.

Are you going to get the Humble Australia Relief Bundle? You can purchase it here! Have you supported Australia through other services? Tell us your story, and keep an eye on The Nerd Stash for more news, reviews, and more!
