Fallout 76’s most prominent free update, Wastelanders, will be available on April 7, 2020. It’ll become available on PS4,
So what does Wastelanders offer? There’ll be a brand new questline, as well as fully voiced NPCs. Furthermore, there are new locations, weapons, enemies, and a reputation system.
For Fallout 76 players who want more from the franchise, they can purchase two Faction-themed content bundles. Fallout 76 also offers a combination bundle, which gives players access to exclusives such as cosmetics and C.A.M.P itinerary.
There are content bundles explicitly designed for raiders and settlers in Wastelanders too. They both come with a cache of items, from car planters, stash boxes, flags, bags, outfits, backpacks, and armor skins.
However, as Wastelanders launches on April 7, the Tricentennial Edition of Fallout 76 will be phased out. Fallout 76 players will still be able to purchase individual items within the Tricentennial Pack regularly.
So, there’s a lot to look forward to on April 7 from Wastelanders. But as a word of caution, for any players who already own Fallout 76 on Bethesda.net, you will be unable to transfer Atoms or Fallout 1st membership balance from the site and Steam.

Fallout 76 recently announced a trial for their Wastelanders update through a private test server. It will allow โa few hundred playersโ to play for a limited time on PC. Bethesda made the announcement on Video Game Chronicles.
The developers began the testing in January. It’ll let players โtry out the new content, provide your feedback, and report the issues you experience.โ
In an announcement post, they confirm the trial is PC only.
