We can all agree that Forza is now one of the best driving games around, overtaking the likes ofย Gran Turismoย in the popularity stakes.
If you’re a fan of the series, you may be pleased to hear that a newย Forzaย game is about to be released, next month in fact. You may not be as happy to hear that it’s a mobile version due to be released on Android and iOS as well as being currently available on Windows.
Forza Streetย will release on mobile May 5th and, as the name suggests, is an entry focussed on street racing. According to the Microsoft blurb, that means you’ll be able to compete in adrenaline-fueled street racing anywhere you go.
Races can be a quick 1-minute affair, or players can take part in an endless story with multiple paths to victory. It’s a race for anytime, anywhere. So says Microsoft.

In all honesty, it looks quite nice, and it will certainly be interesting to see how it runs when the game releases. Games can look pretty great on mobile these days; the only issue I have is the controls. Inย Forza Street,ย they are said to be streamlined with a focus on timing and cinematic style. I’m really hoping they don’t mess it up in all honesty.
