My fellow nerds, another League of Legends event is upon us. If you are unfamiliar with League of Legends then that is probably for the best. Despite having over 2000 hours in the game, I can say without a doubt that it should be avoided if you are not already snared in its web. For those of you who are already trapped in its clutches, there is no help for you. With no aid in sight, all you can do is sit back and participate in another skin based event. This time, Riot Games is holding a Pulsefire event to celebrate its Time Police.

In celebration of the Pulsefire event, Riot Games has brought back the URF game mode and released four new Pulsefire skins. In addition to the four Pulsefire Skins, three new Astronaut skins have been announced. The rules of the event are simple, complete challenges to unlock tokens. Tokens can be cashed in to unlock keys, key fragments, champion shards, blue essence, icons, chromas, and/or a Pulsefire Orb. A Pulsefire Orb can contain 1 random Skin Shard and a 4% chance to drop a Pulsefire Grab Bag. The Pulsefire Grab Bag gives you a guaranteed 1050 Orange Essence and mystery skin shard.

Token missions: No Pass Required

Riot gives players the opportunity to earn token two ways, with a special pass and without. Below we will be covering the freeways to earn tokens for the event. Note, some challenges can be completed in bot games.

Time Frame For Pulsefire!

If you are contemplating whether or not to complete the Pulsefire challenges ask yourself this. Will I be playing League of Legends? If you answered yes, then there is no reason not to complete the challenges; in order to start the Pulsefire missions, head down to your mission log in the bottom right and click start event. The Pulsefire event runs from May 14, 2020, at 1:00 PM (PT) and ends on June 15, 2020 at 11:59 PM (PT).
