If you’re looking to celebrate the Halloween season with a ghoulish game, Frictional Games has your back. The long-awaited sequel to The Dark Descent,  Amnesia: Rebirth, is now available on PC and PlayStation 4.

Amnesia: Rebirth features a new setting and a spine-chilling plot:

Players will step into the world of Tasi Trianon as she wakes up days after a plane crash deep in the desert of Algeria. The crew of her expedition are missing – her friends and loved ones are gone. Why is she alone? Why has she no memory of the last few days? Tasi must retrace her journey, through the desert and beyond, to piece together her fragmented past.

Time is against you, and the desolate landscape will test you to your limits, forcing you to face your own hopes, fears, and bitter regrets. And still you must continue, step by step, knowing that if you fail you will lose everything.

Full of terrifying creatures and mind-boggling puzzles, Amnesia: Rebirth pushes players to fearlessly explore this new environment and setting to discover unsettling mysteries. Needless to say, this is a game where you must rely on your mind and whit to survive. Consider this a warning, “Don’t let your fear consume you. Stay out of the dark, avoid horrific sights and control your panic or suffer long-lasting consequences.”

Amnesia: Rebirth is available now on PC and PlayStation 4 for $29.99.  If you’re looking to catch up on the Amnesia series, The Amnesia Collection consists of The Dark Descent, A Machine for Pigs and Justine and is available on PC and PlayStation 4.
