The freebies for PlayStation Plus subscribers are something we all look forward to. Will it be an amazing game worth a ton of money for free? Well, we lucked out in April with 3 great games. The games were Days Gone, Oddworld: Soulstorm, and Zombie Army 4: Dead War, a solid lineup. The April games are still available and if you are a member, do get to downloading them as soon as possible. It’s 3 amazing games for free and you don’t want to miss out on them. Now April is coming to an end and we are already excited to know what PlayStation might have in store for us in May. Let’s work off of the rumors and try to speculate the potential lineup.

Learn more about the current free games here

Now before we get to our speculation on what the games would be let’s look at when they will be announced officially. The lineup would most probably be announced on April 28, with the games coming out on May 6th or so. That would mean you will have time until May 4th to download the April lineup.

Keep in mind these are speculations, guess works made from the movements in the industry, and spiced up with some games we would want from our interests as well. We may be way off the mark here, this is not based on any insider source. We all are excited to know what the games would be and there’s no other way to know that other than wait for the official announcement.

Speculation:

Hitman 2

The latest installment in the Hitman franchise, Hitman 3 has been out for some time now and people love it. But the hype is slowly reaching its endpoint. Seeing as the first Hitman was once a PS Plus free game, now would be the perfect time for the second one to be free.

Hitman 2 PS Plus

People who experienced the first for free now would get their hands on the second as well and another thing would be that it would bring more potential players to the latest Hitman 3 before the hype dies off.

Skate City

Skate City is an upcoming game by Agens Games and Room 8 studio. The release of this upcoming game coincides with the launch of the May lineup which would mean that there is a slight chance we may get our hands on this for free. Learn more about this upcoming game here.

Skate City PS Plus

Seeing that Skate City isn’t a huge release, PlayStation Plus would be the perfect launch for them. If the game lives up to its name then it could be the next Among Us.

A FIFA Game

This is just an outright guess out of the fact that football has been a trending topic lately. After the controversial announcement of a new league, fans of football are very much scared for their sport.

FIFA 15 PS Plus

So now seems like a good time to give those fans a trip back to the good old age of football with some classic FIFA games in the lineup.

These were our “works of guesses” for what the PS Plus free games of May would be like. Do you think any of these would make it into the lineup? Are there any games you would like Sony to include in next month’s lineup? Tell us everything in the comment section below and make sure to follow The Nerd Stash for articles like these.
