The next event for PlayStation starts with the State of Play. Where Sony holds a showcase of what games and content will be available for players amongst PS5. The event will be held at 2 pm PT, with the next main focus being Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart.
Being the sequel to Ratchet & Clank, – Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart has been a much-anticipated exclusive coming to PS5. Continuing the story of the iconic duo, who have now entered the nexus. Fans amongst the title are happy to know that there will be a “never seen before” gameplay reveal provided in a presentation taking place today!
Today we’re stoked to share with you a special preview of Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart on State of Play. This episode will have updates on a couple of other titles before giving you 15 minutes of never-before-seen gameplay footage, new reveals, and updates from Creative Director Marcus Smith.
State of Play will be focusing on providing an in-depth look at the gameplay within Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. With the reveal containing different areas and showcasing featured weapons. All in all, the gameplay reveal is listed under “never seen before.” Essentially meaning fans will be witnessing fresh content in regards to the series of Ratchet & Clank.
In today’s State of Play, we will give you the most in-depth look yet. You’ll see brand-new gameplay with Rivet, deeper looks at some of the new weapons from the out-of-this-world-arsenal, and glimpses at the variety of worlds, characters and gameplay you’ll experience in the full game.
Not to mention, Insomniac Games have released purchase options for the game. Such as the deluxe edition, containing additional armor sets for the player to choose from and much more.

Likewise, the next PlayStation State of Play will mainly focus on Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. But fans of the console could be seeing much more in terms of PS5.
