Rainbow Six Siege Beta Launches Today

Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege was originally going to release in October, but was pushed back to December. This was presumably because of the developer wanting to polish the game even more. Even though the game has been pushed, there will be several thousands of players jumping into the beta to give feedback to improve the game. In fact, Ubisoft has released a trailer to remind everyone that the beta is still going to happen.

The closed beta will feature two game modes and fourteen Operators across three maps. Those maps include French Consulate, Domestic Residence, and S.A.S. Training Facility.

[gap height=”15″]Throughout the past several months, several outlets have provided those interested with ways to get a beta key. Some of these outlets included Xbox Live, IGN, Humble Bundle, and many more. If you missed out on getting a key, the waiting list over at the Rainbow Six Siege website could be your last chance. That is, unless you know somebody who received multiple keys.

Rainbow Six Siege was born after a slight shakeup over Ubisoft happened and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow 6: Patriots was cancelled. When Rainbow Six Siege was first unveiled, it was well received. With the closed beta happening, players will be able to finally get hands on time with the game to see if it is a worthy title in the popular Rainbow Six franchise.

Rainbow Six Siege will be out on December 1st on the Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
