Good news for Switch players, as it seems that Alan Wake Remastered will be coming to the Nintendo Switch after a Brazilian rating board listing appeared online that shows a version for the game coming to Nintendo’s console. The news of this comes after a journalist on Twitter took notice of a document regarding a Brazilian rating board made a recent listing for a Nintendo Switch version of Alan Wake Remastered. The interesting thing about this is there has been no official mention or even rumors about a Switch version before this listing has surfaced.

Ever since the official announcement of Alan Wake Remastered by Remedy Entertainment a few weeks ago, the only discussed platform were the PS4/PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC, so it will come as great news for Switch players who were feeling left out and disappointed about the game’s release.

However, if you have the option of any other platforms and the Switch, the other consoles would be a better choice in terms of graphical fidelity, and systems such as the PS5 and Series X/S are much stronger compared to the Switch, leading to a more enjoyable experience. This is especially true for people who played the original, and want to see the best version of Alan Wake graphically.

Alan Wake On Switch

We last saw Wake in the Control AWE DLC, and whilst the story of that DLC left many of us to speculate about an Alan Wake 2, we can at least look forward to reconnecting with the world of Alan Wake, and his horror-filled journey throughout the town of Bright Falls.

Will you be playing Alan Wake Remastered on the Switch? What were your thoughts on the original? Let us know in the comments! Stick with The Nerd Stash for all the latest news in gaming and more!
