Among the over 400 cars available in Forza Horizon 5, the Toyota Trueno AE86 is one of the rarest cars you can get. It is because of that rarity that players are desperately looking for ways to get behind the wheel of the sought-after car. Luckily, there are a few ways to do so, though some are a bit more difficult than others. This guide will show you how to get the Toyota Trueno AE86 in Forza Horizon 5.

How to Get the AE86 in Forza Horizon 5

For those who are willing to wait, there is a limited-time event called the Spring Hot Event coming up that will have the AE86 as a reward for those who are able to get 44 points during the event. To get these points, you will need to complete challenges during the time period, with a total of 66 points being achievable. This event starts on December 2 and will run for one week until December 9.

How Get the AE86 in Forza Horizon 5

If you don’t feel like waiting until December to get your hands on the AE86, you can try your hand at a few other avenues. It is important to note that these approaches are going to take a little luck, so be prepared for that going in. The least likely of these is to hope that you get it through a Gift Drop from another player. Again, I wouldn’t hold my breath on this one since it both requires another player putting up an AE86 as a gift and you being the one to receive it. Another way that relies on luck to get the car is to try your luck at the Wheelspins and Super Wheelspins, which act as a slot machine that gives players random rewards. One of the rewards you can get is the AE86, so if you think you’re lucky, give it a spin, though it might be best to wait for the event rather than try your luck. Another way of getting it is to check the Auction House to see if the car is up for sale.

Forza Horizon 5 is available on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One.
