It’s more treat than trick during the game, with Techland offering “cool digital goodies” to those who share the best stories about surviving through the night in one of Dying Light’s safe zones.

โ€œIf once youโ€™re done partying you still feel like having a bit of a fright this Halloween season, weโ€™ve got the perfect challenge for you,” community manager Michaล‚ Napora commented in a press release. โ€œIn the evening, fire up the game on Hard Mode, turn off all the lights in your room, put on some headphones and see how long you can survive at night without entering the safe zones. Then share your stories on our official social media channels with #GoodNightGoodFright. Weโ€™ll give away some cool digital goodies to the best entries next week.โ€

Dying Light is 50% off on Steam at the moment, and will be โ€œduring the week of Halloweenโ€. Better get it now before it goes back up to its regular price! Stay tuned for details!

I believe that games are an important form of entertainment, and that they can uplift and inspire millions of people around the world. I love JRPGs, and dabble in many other genres, especially MOBAs.
