The evil Team GO Rocket uses Pokemon known as Shadow Pokemon to combat young trainers. They vary from regular Pokemon in that they are more combat-effective. They also require less Stardust and Candy to power up than regular or purified Pokemon. These Pokemon have the option of being purified or left in their shadow forms. Players may advance in Pokemon Go and receive the Purifier Medal by purifying a Pokemon. But, enough about that, here is how you can catch a Shadow Latios in Pokemon Go.
Catching a Shadow Latios in Pokemon Go
Team GO Rocket’s Giovanni is the character in Pokemon Go that holds Shadow Latios. Players must finish the Field Notes: Team GO Rocket research to receive Shadow Latios. If players do all the objectives before September 1, 2022, they will meet Giovanni, engage in combat with him and his powerful Pokemon, and maybe capture Shadow Latios.
Despite the fact that Shadow Latios is not stated as a prize for doing the Team Go Rocket field tasks, trainers who defeat Giovanni in Pokemon Go will come across Shadow Latios.
It will be tough to defeat Giovanni since he will utilize Persian and Shadow Latios, followed by either Nidoking, Machamp, or Rhyperior. Since Shadow Latios is vulnerable to attacks from Pokemon of the following types: Bug, Dark, Dragon, Fairy, Ghost, and Ice, players wishing to beat Shadow Latios in combat should choose one of those types.

Gamers are given Premier Balls based on their performance in the battle with Giovanni. Up to seven Premier Balls can be earned, but one ball will be forfeited for each Pokemon that passes out during a battle. Because they move around a lot and attack the user, Shadow Pokemon are harder to capture than regular Pokemon.
Use a Nanab Berry to quiet down Shadow Latios, then aim to obtain Nice, Great, or Excellent throws. Users will not be able to capture Shadow Latios from Team GO Rocket Leader Giovanni if they do not use the Premier Balls or if they run out of PokeBalls.
