Floating Turtle is an Island in the Third Sea where players will encounter enemies leveled from 1775 to 1975. This island features a Level 1875 Boss known as Captain Elephant, a formidable foe whose main weapon is the Twin Hooks. Accordingly, players must defeat this pirate captain if they wish to unlock the Twin Hooks in Roblox Blox Fruits.
The Blox Fruits Wiki states that the chance of the Twin Hooks dropping from Captain Elephant is a meager 5%. Unfortunately, there is no way to raise this drop rate, meaning players might need to farm this Boss multiple times before he drops the Uncommon Sword in Roblox.
