The official Hazbin Hotel Twitter page has confirmed the release date for the upcoming animated series by producer Vivienne Medrano, also known as VivziePop. Check-in to Hazbin Hotel in Summer 2023
Hazbin Hotel is an upcoming TV series by producer Vivienne Medrano (VivziePop) that released its official pilot episode on October 28, 2019. Following the pilot’s critical success, Medrano went on to then produce an original web series called Helluva Boss that has also received critical acclaim for its animation, characters, and music.
It was confirmed in August of 2020 that the series had been picked for a full-season release by the film studio A24 as a long-term TV series. The Twitter page went on to tease the release of the first season in December of 2021, announcing that the cast of the pilot would be returning to reprise their roles.
It has now been confirmed that Hazbin Hotel’s official release date will be sometime in the summer of 2023 via a new promotional poster, though a specific day has been provided at this time. It is possible that the “special treat” Medrano alluded to in her retweet of the announcement will provide such information, but nothing is confirmed as of now.
A new website for the series has also been created, and fans can sign up to receive the latest updates on the show’s production and news. Helluva Boss also recently began its second season and has so far released two episodes on VivziePop’s official YouTube channel.
