Infinity Ward kicked out a surprise update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, and here’s the full list of changes and fixes added with this patch. The first-person shooter game was developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision last month. Besides, it is a sequel to the 2019 reboot and serves as the nineteenth installment in the overall Call of Duty franchise. The latest version has been deployed, but the developer did not post the patch notes yet. However, the supposed patch notes circulating on Reddit could give players an idea about the latest patch. Here’s everything new with the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 November 3 update.

As we mentioned above, Infinity Ward has not yet released the November 3 update patch notes. However, some things are circulating on Reddit about the latest version. Therefore take the following with some salt. We’ll update this post when the official patch notes arrive.

  • Fix for various camos not unlocking during progression
  • Fix for an exploit in Gunsmith when using mouse and keyboard.
  • Fixed crashing issues.
  • Fixed framerate drop issues.
  • Addressed freezing issues.
  • Added performance improvements.
  • Added fixes for stuttering/lag issues.
  • Other under-the-hood fixes.

  • OS: Windows 10 64 Bit (latest update)
  • Processor: Intel Core i3-6100 / Core i5-2500K or AMD Ryzen 3 1200
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 or AMD Radeon RX 470 – DirectX 12.0 compatible system
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 125 GB available space

Recommended:

  • OS: Windows 10 64 Bit (latest update) or Windows 11 64 Bit (latest update)
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-6600K / Core i7-4770 or AMD Ryzen 5 1400
  • Memory: 12 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon RX 580 – DirectX 12.0 compatible system
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 125 GB available space
