Notable DLC characters include horror movie icons Jason Voorhees, a Xenomorph alien from Alien, Predator from Predator, and Leatherface of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Fan favorite Klassic skins are also included, such as the original ninja Scorpion and Sub-Zero skins from the original Mortal Kombat games.

Mortal Kombat XL launches March 1, 2016, for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The announcement trailer doesn’t mention any plans for a PC launch, despite all the DLC being available for all platforms.

Mortal Kombat X is the tenth entry in the brutally gory fighting game franchise Mortal Kombat, originally released on April 7, 2015, for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC to strong commercial success. The long-standing series is known for not holding back on violence, always receiving a hard M rating by the ESRB. Since it’s launch, MKX has seen a steady stream of characters, skins and fatalities.
