Each new season in Destiny 2 introduces a new seasonal activity, like the Heist Battlegrounds activity that was introduced in Season 19. In previous seasons, Battlegrounds were essentially strikes that had a higher amount of enemies and didn’t have respawning restrictions. However, this activity is a bit more intense and will give you a run for your money, or Seraph Key Codes. Though, once you get the hang of it, Heist Battlegrounds isn’t too difficult, and just more repetitive than anything, since you’ll have to do it multiple times in order to collect Seraph weapons and armor. Keep reading to learn how to complete Heist Battlegrounds in Destiny 2.
Destiny 2: How to Complete Heist Battlegrounds
As of right now, there are two different Heist Battlegrounds that can be completed in the Season of the Seraph. One of them is on the Moon, while the other is on Europa. The beginning of each Heist Battlegrounds requires you to complete different objectives, but the second half of each is always the same and can be completed as such.
- First, you’ll have to find and infiltrate the Submind Vault
- This is simple on the Moon, you simply need to defeat all of the Hive that surround the Vault entrance while staying out of the towers’ sight
- On Europa, you’ll have to make your way through Bray Exoscience before you get to defeat the Hive and also take down a few pretty nasty and overpowered Ogres to get into the Vault while staying out of the towers’ sight
- Next, you’ll have to navigate through some lasers to get into the Submind Vault
- Some of these lasers will alternate flashing on and off, and the others will consistently stay on
- You’ll have to navigate through them, careful not to touch them and time your movements wisely
- Now, you’ll be heading into the area where you will breach a security door
- For this portion of the Battlegrounds, you’ll need to defeat certain enemies and collect PCR Refraction Cores
- Using these cores, you will fire and shoot at each of the Hive Runes holding the security door in place
- During this time, it would be smart to have one fireteam member stay by the door to do some crowd control while the other two members collect cores to open the door
- It’s finally time for the boss fight
- Take to this boss like you would any other boss for the first half of its health
- Once the boss’s health drops down to 50%, you’ll need to take down some enemies that are marked
- These enemies will drop charges that can be put into the device up by where the boss first spawned
- Once you’ve deposited 5 charges into the device, the boss’s shields will drop and you will be able to finish it off
Once the battle is complete, you and collect your loot from the chest in the center of the room, and you will have completed the Heist Battlegrounds.
