Capcom has officially released the second trailer for the upcoming Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection, which also revealed the official release date for the game! The game will officially launch on PC and consoles on April 14, 2023. Pre-orders are available December 13, 2022 – that’s today!

Capcom’s newest trailer for Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection officially confirmed the release date for the game, which will be launching on April 14, 2023, with pre-orders available right now!
The trailer provided a glimpse of the content available in the upcoming bundle, which includes all 6 of the original Mega Man Battle Network games reimagined with new features to optimize the games for fans old and new to enjoy!
Among these are two NetBattle modes – private and public, which allow you to either play against one of your friends directly or compete with people around in ranked battles to see who comes out on top!
The trading feature allows you to trade and exchange Battle Chips, Styles to change Mega Man’s appearance (available only in BN2), or Programs that can make Mega Man stronger! (only available in Battle Network 3 and beyond).
Players can also compare their libraries (BN3 and beyond) to share data on chips they’ve collected, as well as compare records (BN4 and beyond) to compare boss deletion times with their friends!
Capcom also released a secondary video featuring director Masakazu Eguchi, aka “Mr. Famous,” overviewing these various online features and how to best use them.
Other notable features include the music player, which allows players to freely toggle between over 180 songs from across the series; a gallery of over 1,000 images; a high-resolution feature; and a 3D rendition of Mega Man himself that will guide players through the various content the game has to offer!
