God of War: Ragnarok is the ninth installment in the series, the ninth chronologically, and the sequel to 2018’s God of War. Loosely based on Norse mythology, the game is set in ancient Scandinavia and features series protagonist Kratos and his teenage son Atreus. Concluding the Norse era of the series, the game covers Ragnarök, the eschatological event which is central to Norse mythology and was foretold to happen in the previous game after Kratos killed the Aesir god Baldur. The newest offer in the franchise was met with plenty of excitement from the gaming committee and achieved significant sales success and continues to do so. However, it seems the game has some pretty weird bugs and glitches. A God of War: Ragnarok player faced a weird glitch that causes Tyr’s body to be stuck in a door.
A New God of War: Ragnarok Glitch Shows Tyr’s Body Stuck in a Door
God of War: Ragnarok, one of the most anticipated games of 2022, breaks multiple franchises and PlayStation records. At the same time, fearless Kratos marked The Game Awards 2022 thanks to the large fan base and made developer Santa Monica proud. But, this still does not change the fact that there are some bugs and issues in the title. Meanwhile, none of the issues in the game affect gameplay or reduce the gameplay experience. Having very few technical bugs is one of the most positive sides of Ragnarok.
A God of War: Ragnarok player discovered a bizarre and funny bug that caused a popular character to get stuck in the door. Besides, an in-game screenshot showing the funny glitch in the game was posted on Reddit. If we look closely at the image, we see Kratos and Tyr standing by the door of Sindri’s house. It seems that these two tried to open the door of the house, however, Tyr moved earlier than Kratos. Anyway, the glitch in the game causes Tyr to hang a couple of feet above the ground and get stuck in the door.
It is pretty normal for a newly released game to have bugs and glitches. Developers eliminate all this with updates that come over time. However, as mentioned above, these do not harm gameplay in God of War: Ragnarok. These issues are expected to be resolved in the upcoming patches.
