Finding the Dreamshade Flower in God of War Ragnarok
This article is over 2 years old and may contain outdated information.

If players are endeavoring to unlock the “The Florist” Trophy Achievement in God of War: Ragnarok, one of the Flowers they must find is Dreamshade. This particular bloom can be found at the Aesir Prison Wreckage in Niflheim, a location accessible after the completion of the main story. The reason this prerequisite is required is that Ratatoskr will only give Kratos the Yggdrasil Seeds in the postgame. After receiving these seeds, Kratos and his companions will be able to access any Mystic Gateway on the world map, including those that were previously inaccessible, such as the one at The Raven Tree of Niflheim.

Kratos Descending the Aesir Prison Wreckage in Niflheim To find Dreamshade God of War Ragnarok

Starting from The Raven Tree in Niflheim, players must travel across the narrow rocky path to the east, where they will eventually encounter a descendable ice wall leading down to the Aesir Prison Wreckage. Using the Draupnir Spear, players must make their way into the lower interior of the prison to find the Dreamshade Flower in God of War: Ragnarok.

After arriving at the site of the Aesir Prison Wreckage, players must go around to the eastern side of the square-shaped hole and cast their spear at the wooden rafter ahead. Head over to the right, and players should be able to use the spear to swing across the gap into the lower level of the prison. Next, users must walk over to the eastern side again, the side facing the rafter with the spear. On the left of the drop sits a chain mechanism. According to YouTuber PowerPyx, players can interact with this device to have Kratos lower the rafter, enabling users to reach the next floor below.

After swinging downward, players will encounter another rafter that can be impaled with the Draupnir Spear. Repeat the swinging jump across the gap to reach the lowest level of the Aesir Prison Wreckage. Now on the bottom floor, players must make their way to the southern side of the area to find a closed gate. Use the interact button to lift the gate and access the small cell. Inside, users will discover the Dreamshade Flower to progress the “Nine Realms in Bloom” Favour in God of War: Ragnarok.

God of War: Ragnarok is available exclusively on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
