A recently discovered PlayStation store listing shows Invisible Inc. coming to the PlayStation 4 April 19.
Invisible Inc. is a criminally underrated game of turn-based tactics game of espionage. The game has players choose from a selection of unique agents, each specializing in different skills and aspects you must use to complete missions with the utmost efficiency. Looting random drops to build the items you need plays an integral role in giving Invisible Inc. the uneasy feel of anything could go wrong at any time. Anyone familiar with grid-based action games such as XCOM and Fire Emblem will feel right at home.
Invisible Inc. was developed by indie studio Klei Entertainment, know for their games Don’t Starve and Mark of the Ninja.
Although neither Sony or Klei has yet to make an official statement regarding the game’s console release, it would seem very likely considering Sony’s good relationship with Klei Entertainment, having brought Don’t Starve to all PlayStation platforms last year.
The PS Store listing has Invisible Inc. available for pre-order at $18, cheaper than the normal cost of $20, although prices may vary per region. The console version will come packed with the Contingency Plan DLC, which adds new playable agents, programs, and rewards.
