Predecessor Patch v0.4 is dropping today, February 21, 2023, and we have compiled an extensive list of changes here. Firstly, the patch will introduce Shinbi, the next hero joining the roster. Additionally, this patch introduces major changes to Fangtooth and introduces Primal Fangtooth, a dangerous new version of everyone’s favorite deadly dino! This big brute provides a temporary buff to make games more dynamic while providing teams more counterplay against early Fangtooth leads.
At the same time, Omeda Studios will release the game‘s first Player vs. AI mode with the patch update. Players can play solo against an AI or with friends with this new mode. The AI mode is beginner friendly, therefore, suitable for all players who need to learn new Heroes or hone skills in Predecessor gameplay. New Introductions
- The introduction of Shinbi, the next hero, joins the rooster.
- The introduction of major changes to Fangtooth
- The introduction of Primal Fangtooth, a dangerous new version of everyone’s favorite deadly dino!
- Provide a temporary buff to make games more dynamic while providing teams more counterplay against early Fangtooth leads.
- Open the doors to the new in-game shop, a one-stop shop for browsing awesome skins on which one can spend their Platinum.
Additions
- Live introduction of the first version of our Player vs. AI mode. One can play solo or with a party of friends, taking on Predecessor’s Artificial Intelligence. The mode is beginner-friendly with future expansion plans.
Changes and Adjustments
- Slight balance changes to address some outliers.
- Included changes to adjust Omnivamp items
- Adjustments to support Muriel.
