You’ll find the Chainsaw inside a facility that requires the Guest Key Card to gain access. Check your GPS map to find a yellow circle and an arrow to determine the exact location of the entrance. You’ll need the Maintenance Key Card to enter the facility’s interiors.

Once you have the Guest Key Card, proceed to the swimming pool room and look for a door on your right. When you’ve found it, it’s time to use that Guest Key Card.
