The Unchained Fury is, in fact, an ISO Hemlock blueprint. This assault rifle is one of the meta weapons in season 2, and you can unlock it for free by progressing through the Battle Pass. Although that’s just the free and base variation of ISO, and to grab the Unchained Fury blueprint, you need to buy the Battle Pass.
The Battle Pass for MW2 and Warzone 2 costs 1,100 CP, and after buying it, you’ll have access to a 10% XP boost and all the items in it, including the Unchained Fury blueprint.

This weapon blueprint is right at the final section of the Battle Pass. On the map, you can see two sections at the beginning and the end of the roads.
