We already knew that the 3.5 version of Genshin Impact was bringing two new characters. Dehya is the first one, and she’s already out there. While some are complaining about her kit having some issues, some are loving how good she is at certain situations and with specific builds. On the other hand, we have Mika who is about to join the roster of this anime-themed game. To celebrate that, Genshin Impact has released the official character demo for Mika that showcases what he’ll bring to the game.
The character demo for Mika in Genshin Impact is out
It is a tradition to get a character demo for whenever a new one is about to land. We got to see Dehya’s demo in a fantastic video, and Mika’s is equally good. If you haven’t seen it, you can watch it below and see what he’s all about. Being a 4-star character, he might not be the strongest, but we’re happy to see that HoYoverse is trying to make new characters different. In the character demo of Mika, we can see that he’s using an attack with many weapons, something new in Genshin Impact.

While he’s still a polearm user, it is nice to see that the animations for his attacks are different. This is something that HoYoverse has implemented ever since Yae Miko joined the game. In the character demo of Mika in Genshin Impact, we can see him using his polearm and a crossbow which makes the character more unique. The same has happened with Candace and Dehya and we think the developers will continue to do the same. So, if you want Mika to join your roster, you’ll be able to pull for him on March 21. This is the day when the new banners arrive that’ll feature the new character and re-runs for Ayaka and Shenhe.
